Facts About Motorcycle Helmet Safety


The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration encourages states to have laws and enforcement requires the use of helmets by motorcycle operators and passengers. The passage of these laws is the most effective method for increasing the number of motorcycle riders wear helmets have.
